Donut-Did-You-Know Video Series
Challenge
Kindful had a chronic problem of customers being unaware of what the product could do. The brand also had this struggle with prospects.
So I came up with this idea to inform these audiences. But part of the challenge was to communicate dry product information in a way that would interest the audience and captivate attention.
Process
I came up with the concept and started sourcing content.
Starting premise: Kindful employees would talk about the product (“Did you know…”).
Enticing turn: Talent would take a large bite of a donut and talk through the full mouth. Captions would show what they’re actually saying.
Components: Each episode would have an intro, three employees on camera sharing their did-you-know, and outdo credits.

Results
These videos really resonated with our small and growing audience at the time. We started to be known for our donut videos and customers would comment and mention us on social media with appreciation for our humor and levity.
